I write a lot about languages, myths, and same-sex desire. for example, my poem The Laddie at the Lake (2022) (see RTL video) is about multilingualism, shame, xenophobia, homophobia. but also, it’s a poem about meeting an Italian-speaking mermaid.
i write about Luxembourg a lot, and particularly about the alienating effects of multilingualism; the pleasure and joy of speaking a language that is not your own. i am finalising a manuscript on these themes right now.
i’ve also written and directed plays, such as the online play Zoogmalion (2021). I am working on my first full-length play set in the Place de la constitution in Luxembourg City.
